Packing

 

Here at fly-stop we understand how important it is to protect your flies during transportation. Everyone has received bashed and squashed items in the post because the packaging was not as protective as it should have been.We have came up with a packing system that will hopefully fully protect your flies whilst they are being delivered to you.

Our dry and hackled flies are placed into small boxes to protect them. Our wet flies and lures are placed in grip seal bags to protect i) the flies that have wings ii) to stop movement during transportation. Salmon flies are placed on a foam strip the attached to a card again to protect the product during transportation. All other flies are transported either in boxes or the grip seal bags. All purchases are then placed into a cardboard postal box to give strength and protection during transportation.

Multi purchases of selection cards will be packed in a larger protective cardboard box for total protection.

This is not the most cost effective solution but we really look after our products here at fly-stop.com and want them to arrive to you in the same top condition as they leave our distribution centre.

We at fly-stop.com think this is the most practical and protective way to deliver your purchases. It also makes it faster to dispatch orders as multi buy purchases will fit into one postal box.

This system really seems to works for us but any feedback or suggestions are most welcome.
